Explore the best Rwanda primate parks, Volcanoes National Park and Nyungwe Forest within five days and track both mountain gorillas and chimpanzees. Day 1: Kigali-Volcanoes National Park

You will be picked up at your hotel and start your approximate 3 hour journey to volcanoes National Park.  However, the Kigali city tour will open up the journey arriving to the park in the afternoon with a visit to Ibiwachu culture village for Rwanda cultural exposure before dinner and overnight stay at Muhabura lodge, kinigi guest house, Mountain gorilla view lodge

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park

You will go on your dream gorilla trekking adventure in the jungle and spend a full hour in company of mountain gorillas as you observe their nature, life style and way of life. Photography is a must because many moments and memories are grabbed for future reference trek ending the trek in excitement. Dress rightly and carry the right gorilla trekking essentials. After lunch, visit ibiwachu cultural village and take a glimpse about the Rwanda rich culture and traditions. Dinner and overnight stay at stay at Muhabura lodge, kinigi guest house, Mountain gorilla view lodge.

Day 3: Volcanoes–Nyungwe Forest

After breakfast, transfer to the Leading chimpanzee tracking safari destination for primates and birding tours in Rwanda  a hope to over  13 primate species including Vervet monkeys, Red tailed monkey and the manageably, chimpanzees and many more. Meals and overnight stay at Nyungwe forest lodge, Nyungwe Hill Top lodge, Gisakura Guest House.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking in Nyungwe Forest National Park

Wake up ready to search for the first moving primates an activity that starts at 8.00am with a briefing from the park rangers. You will have a chance to see other forest primates during the trek, birds, reptiles and butterflies. Have lunch and spend your afternoon at the canopy walk and enjoy top forest views. Meals and overnight stay at Nyungwe forest lodge, Nyungwe Hill Top lodge, Gisakura Guest House.

Day 5: Nyungwe forest-Kigali

Have leisure breakfast before driving back to Kigali with a last minute city tour before the drop off at the airport for your flight back home.
