Our Flying safaris to Kidepo Valley National Park don’t only save time but enables travelers to relax and enjoy the spectacular park wildlife, landscape and culture. You will fly to the park using a scheduled chatter aircraft that leaves daily and arrives just in time.
Day 1
Early in the morning after your breakfast at the hotel you will get a briefing from your drive guide about safari and later transfer to Kajansi air strip a place where you will take a chatter flight to Apoka Airfield where your driver guide will pick you to transfer to your lodge for lunch. Relax at the lodge before the evening game drive in the magical Narus valley famous for high park wildlife concentration. See animals like lions, elephants, Buffaloes,jackals, Hartebeest, Klipspringer and much more before going back to your lodge for leisure and overnight stay.
Day 2: Game Viewing & Karamajong Culture
Early morning game drive in Kidepo Valley , there after return back to the lodge for breakfast, Also catchup with the beautiful views of sunriseover the hilly landscape of Lomej,lotukei mountains before it shines all over the Kidepo National Park has the highest wildlife number and ranks third among great wildlife reserves in Africa. Later chill at your lodge feed eyes on the park endless plains and views, have lunch and spend an evening exploring the Karamajong culture. Get a chance to mix up with Karamajong people who refused to be changed by western culture. Experience their exciting traditional life style, kraal, art and craft, cultural dance and songs plus much more. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.
Day 3:Last park Memories & return flight
You will have a last morning game drive, lunch with an afternoon transfer to Apoka Airfield for your flight back to Entebbe. The flight is always 2 and 15 minutes and normally the chater leaves kidepo side at 3 pm.
